However, it's helpful to take a step and examine some of the outdated practices and ways of thinking about work that WON'T be coming with us. That's exactly what this video is about. Commuting to and from the office, annual employee reviews, relying on managers to make all the decisions, and the like, are all examples of things will go the way of the dodo bird.
